- Reports to Lodge Chief.
- Works closely with the Lodge
Associate Advisor, seeking advice and training. He does not wait for
his advisor to call, but calls the advisor often.
- Assists the Lodge Chief,
to carry out administrative operations of the Lodge.
- Oversees Administration
Lodge Officers (Secretary, Treasurer, Quartermaster, Registrar &
Newspaper Editor).
- Oversees awards and training.
- Oversees committees as assigned
by the Lodge Chief.
- Reminds Administration Lodge
Officers to attend meetings.
- Oversees that Chapter programs
give complete support to lodge.
- Serves as an example of
the ideals of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow.
- Assumes the responsibilities
of the Lodge Chief in his absence.
- Attends Council of Chiefs
meeting if appointed to do so by the Lodge Chief.
- Performs other duties as
assigned by the Lodge Chief.
