Duties
and Responsibilities
Reports to Lodge Vice Chief
of Programs.
Works closely with the Lodge
Unit Visitations and Camp Promotion Advisor, seeking advice and training.
He does not wait for his advisor to call, but calls the advisor often.
Responsible to make sure
each Chapter has a properly trained visitation/election team with all
appropriate tools for visitations/elections.
Responsible to make sure
each Chapter visitation/election team participates in District Round
Tables and Program Kick Offs.
Reports on unit election
progress at each LEC.
Provides yearly training
for all visitation/election team members.
Ensures that every team
is promoting council camps.
Responsible for camp promotions
at all council and section events.
Reminds visitation/election
team members to attend meetings.
Serves as an example of
the ideals of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow.
Performs other duties as
assigned by the Lodge Vice Chief of Programs.
